Only one-third of children needing a foster care placement will receive one
The Human Services Sector has faced chronic underinvestment in digital service transformation, resulting in poor end-user experiences and increased pressure on staff to do more with less. In an often competitive marketplace for service providers, this is reducing the impact of the collective investment by donors and governments, and the energy of the sector to create sustainable positive social outcomes.

Linka is a service experience platform designed for the human services sector
Linka is a Service Experience Platform designed for the Human Services Sector, that enables End-users to self-serve, Agencies to automate administration tasks, and for Government and Donors to measure the impact of their Social Investment. Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of people and their communities, by transforming how people experience Human Services.

A better service experience for foster carers and agencies
Linka for out of home care will enable Agencies to deliver more effective Child Services, by improving the experience for both Carers and Case Managers. This results in reduced friction between Carers and the Agency, and increases the time Case Managers can spend with children and families.
Currently, 59% of Foster Carers wouldn't recommend fostering to others, and only 44% are satisfied with the services they receive.

Building a comprehensive, feature-rich product suite
With a comprehensive set of tools—including application tracking, carer profiles and development plans, the ChildMatch recommendation engine, child profiles and life stories, interactive case plans, service booking, expense management, and more—Linka will streamline processes and enhance communication for all parties involved.
Linka will reduce administrative burdens and communication gaps for carers, simplifying access to critical information and services.
